No. This is our core value proposition. You can operate under our UAE entity and import license. We handle all local compliance, VAT registration, and customs clearance. You maintain full control of your brand and customer relationships while we provide the infrastructure.
No separate storage fees. Unlike traditional 3PLs that charge per pallet or cubic meter, our flat-rate pricing includes unlimited storage. You only pay when we successfully deliver an order. This makes your costs predictable and tied directly to revenue.
Failed delivery attempts are free. You only pay our flat rate for successful deliveries. If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable, we make multiple delivery attempts at no extra cost. Returns are processed as part of our standard service.
We offer native plugins for Shopify and WooCommerce. For other platforms (Magento, BigCommerce, custom solutions), we provide RESTful API integration with comprehensive documentation. Our technical team assists with implementation.
We collect cash on delivery from customers, reconcile daily, and transfer funds to your account weekly. You receive detailed reporting showing collections, failed deliveries, and returns. Our COD reconciliation is automated through the dashboard.
